Public Relations/Foster Care Recruiter

Responsibilities include:
- Network with communities to develop recruitment strategies and promote foster care
- Organize events, generate and implement DES targeted recruitment plans, and conduct orientations as needed
- Represent HRT on various state and local committees, recruitment meetings and activities
- Develop and implement retention activities for existing foster parents
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field or commensurate experience in recruitment and/or marketing and ability to effectively communicate with the public, foster families and other professionals.
Flexible hours/salary $30,000 –$35,000.

Foster Care Consultant
Provides supportive and monitoring services to Foster Families.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides support and consultation services to resource families.
- Assists in placement of foster care youth.
- Visits families according to HRT policy.
- Ensures that pertinent licensing information including documented visits and quarterly reports when appropriate are placed in the licensing file.
- Provide crisis intervention in the absence of Behavioral Health Services.
- Monitors home for compliance with state regulations i.e. Article 58.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the social service field.
- Must be able to pass DHS fingerprint clearance.

Parent Aides
Parenting Skills Program needs Parent Aides for west valley cases. The population to be served is parents whose children are declared dependent wards of the court. Responsibilities of the parent aide are to help keep families connected, help keep children safe and help parents achieve case/treatment goals. Parent Aides do transport children to visits and may have to work some evenings and weekends. Requirements include a BA in human services, knowledge of parenting, child development, community resources, a safe driving record, a reliable vehicle, and good computer and writing skills. The atmosphere at Parenting Skills Program is very friendly and supportive. There are frequent opportunities for supervision and training. We also pay a competitive salary of $25,000 with a $1,000 differential for Spanish-speaking staff. We offer vacation and sick leave, 401K plan, health and life insurance and profit sharing after an initial probationary period.

Full Time Accountant/Finance Department- Duties include: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts receivable, budgeting, reporting, analysis and other duties as assigned. Ability to manage multiple projects needed. Experience with MS Excel and QuickBooks required. Strong communication, time management and organizational skills desired. 3-5 years experience and BS Accounting desired. Social service industry experience a plus.
